About John

For the last forty (40) years, John has evaluated numerous engineering projects in order to provide clients with strategies for directing and protecting their R&D investments and market position. He has also studied and evaluated numerous patents in relation to questions of infringement and validity. He participated in various industry transformations substituting digital for analog technology, µprocessor for digital technology, and the implementation of central software controls for manufacturing and service industries. 

As a partner at a nationally recognized IP boutique firm for 26 years and as a partner in an AMLAW100 law firm, John has been involved in developing and implementing patent procurement strategies for numerous improvement/modernization efforts in the manufacturing and service industries.
